Abstract The research aims to know the role of the National Insurance Company in achieving an assessment of the reality of risk management in construction and industrial projects in Iraq, and what the reform process needs for discontinued projects that are under construction after the insurance industry has realized how much the projects need to cover to protect our Iraqi national economy. The research acquires its importance because the National Insurance Company contributes to achieving development in construction and industrial projects with engineering insurance. The research problem is summed up in knowing whether the insurance company can cover the dangers in most projects with engineering insurance and whether it has a role in addressing the risks to which the projects are exposed. The National Insurance Company was chosen as it is the largest company in Iraq that practices engineering insurance within its organizational and geographical branches. The research adopted the case study approach. The research tool was to analyze the performance of the company in engineering insurance for the period (2004 to 2018) and use the checklist to find the size of the gap between the expected risks in projects and the compensations in engineering insurance and the actual reality in the company using some statistical methods and tools. The research reached to some conclusions, the most important of which is that the engineering insurance gap reached (13.5%), which is a good percentage indicating the company's strengths and that the emergence of this gap is due to the disparity in premiums due to reasons including energy and oil projects premiums, which are not typical, as a plan is prepared by the client each year according to the work schedule, as the size of the premium varies with the amount of work performed. Abstract: Using bots in social media is a significant concern for information validity and authenticity. Currently, there are several solutions for bots detection. However, the accuracy of the detection still needs improvement. The main aim of this paper is to introduce an automatic mechanism for the detection and removal of bots that exist on social media platforms. The research has the purpose of removing the non-genuine accounts, their related information, and the data which are posted by them and to make these platforms free of misleading information. Bots detection and removal will increase the authenticity of the contents presented on different social media platforms. Also, It will improve the level of privacy and authenticity of these platforms and related users. The research uses the bot detection technique based on machine learning algorithms. The components of the study are data, feature selection, and bot detection. The research performs web development and hosting on the collected data with a machine-learning algorithm to perform bot detection in social media networks. The proposed system provides a more accurate and effective system for bot detection using machine learning. The research utilizes various approaches and mechanisms that lead to the enhanced efficiency of bot detection and removals.

Abstract: Activity recognition and enhance performance are the major issues that are faced by wearable technology devices. Therefore, in this paper, we present an exploratory study to examine and evaluate the current issues with wearable technology for analysis of activity recognition for sports. These issues can be controlled by implementing a high sensor and WSN technologies using components such as- Stimuli signal, Data recognition and analysis, and Physical testing. The study utilised the verified taxonomy based on wearable technology, which aims to use effective technology. Raw and processed data has been gathered from different sources. The study shows that there is a major gap in the previous research studies and most of the studies only investigated some of the component of the Wearable Technologies for Analysis of Activity recognition for sports which make it inefficiency for current researchers.

During the past years, important developments have taken place, that have covered various aspects of life through their impact on the work nature of organizations and institutions in various forms. We have become citizens in a new world which is the world of technological revolution, globalization, and the emergence of modern means of communication. This new reality requires a new type of human resource as an inevitable consequence of the rapid developments in the surrounding environment. The most noticeable aspect of the new world is the diverse workforce. Therefore, diversity management has become important for public institutions and business organizations for several factors, including enhancing the ability of organizations to attract and develop human resources and to retain qualified ones of them. So, organizations must create an organisational culture based on diversity. The organization’s sustainability strategy through the optimal utilization of available resources and capabilities, whether human or material is the second element in this paper . This research consists of a theoretical framework about diversity management and management sustainability and their dimensions; the second part is dedicated to the empirical part which is the checklist that is used to evaluate the actual situation of diversity management and the sustainability of management. The results show that the diversity management application and documentation level is 64%, which means that there is a gap of 36%. At the same time, the sustainable management application and documentation level were at 62.8%, so the gap is 37.2%. According to those gaps, the study recommends that new ideas must be generated and applied in this factory to reach sustainability effectively. In the current times, large amounts of data are collected in databases in various fields for exapmple the retail market, banking, and medical care. However, for users, complete information is not necessarily helpful. Along these lines, separate helpful data from a lot of information. This valuable information extraction measure is called information mining or information disclosure and information measure (KDD). The entire course of finding and deciphering designs from information incorporates many advances, like choice, pre-preparing, change, information extraction and translation. Information mining supports venture promoting. Also nowadays, it is no longer possible for a company to succeed without relying on data-driven statistics to understand the needs of customers in this rapidly evolving world. Henceforth, there has become an urgent need to analyze data in order to develop products based on customer needs and desires. Companies can no longer be satisfied with just advertising campaigns to attract or retain customers. Data analysis also helps to reshape relationships and interactions with customers, and to market products more effectively, which leads to stimulating and increasing sales. This article aimed not only at identifying the role of data analysis and its use in the field of marketing and sales, but also at revealing the extent of the impact of data analysis and exploration on marketing and sales. It also showed that the forces of competition that pervade the business world are the ones that exert pressure over the market operating companies to work efficiently and effectively to maintain and increase their market share, and then achieve profitability and therefore the benefit of shareholders. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the descriptive method and a critical review of the theoretical literature and previous studies related to the topic. The study found that data analysis technology plays an essential role for every element of customer relationship management. Through data analysis applications, the project can transform the vast number of records in its clients' database into an integrated picture of its clients. The study also recommended companies that deal with huge amounts of data to use data mining techniques because of their analytical capabilities that help the company convert its customers’ data into useful information to be used in making relationship management decisions with them.

المستخلص يستهدف هذا البحث تحليل ودراسة اساليب الوقاية من حوادث واصابات العمل وكيفية استخدام وسائل وبرامج الحماية من الحوادث والاصابات التي تحدث داخل المصنع والواجب اتباعها عند تنفيذ الاعمال والفعاليات، وكذألك الاجراءات التي تتخذها الإدارة العليا لأجل تقليل وحماية الموارد البشرية من الامراض المهنية والمخاطر المتعلقة بعملهم، ومن خلال الوقوف على واقع العمل والمسببات للحوادث وكيفية الوقاية، ويعد أمراً حاسماً بالنسبة للمنظمات للتقليل من الحوادث والإمراض المهنية دمج القضايا والمتطلبات القياسية وأمثلة الممارسات الجيدة والقوى العاملة وتكنولوجيا الجيدة، فتتمثل نتائج الدراسة اداة عمل مهمة للمصنع كونها ترغب في تنفيذ او تحديث أنظمة الحماية، واستخدم في الدراسة بيانات (2018-1988) الحوادث واصابات العمل في المصنع، وتنعكس نتائج الدراسة على الواقع الفعلي للمصنع. الكلمات المفتاحية: حوادث العمل، الامراض المهنية، الصحة والسلامة الصناعات النسيجية في العراق.

This research aims to analyse and study the methods of prevention of work-related injuries. Additionally, it seeks to understand how the use of safetytools, rules and regulation as well as employee’s participation and programsoccurring within industrial organisations and what is to be followed whenimplementing them. The research concentrates on the measures taken by theorganisation in order to manage and reduce the protection of human resourcesfrom occupational diseases as well as the risks related to their work and bystanding on the reality of the application of the standard of health and safetymanagement system that focuses. This is crucial for organisations to reduceoccupational accidents and diseases and the application of healthmanagement systems and occupational safety issues and the integration ofstandard and requirements and examples of good practices, human resourcesand good technology. The results of the study are represented in the toolbusiness organisation as it wants to implement or update health and safetymanagement system using the professional tool checklist (Checklists) for theapplication of the standard 45001 ISO.
