يركز البحث الحالي إلى إمكانية تطبيق نظام الجودة منهجياً في المؤسسات التعليمية، لتحقيق التميز وتحسين الأداء المؤسسي بإستمرار والتلائم مع أهداف أصحاب المصالح المشتركة لتلبية طلب سوق العمل وخدمة المجتمع. اعتمد البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وهدف إلى قياس مدى توافر مكونات نظام الجودة في المؤسسات التعليمية من وجهة نظر تدريسي كلية الكوت الجامعة.إذْ احتوت الاستبانة ستة مجالات أساسية هي :المدخلات والعمليات والمخرجات والتغذية العكسية والبيئة والتحديات. تكونت عينة البحث من فئة الكادر التدريسي للمنظمة المبحوثة. تم استخدام برنامج Spss لعرض نتائج البحث وتحليلها. أهم إستنتاجات البحث: لا توجد فروق ودلالتها الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين حول درجة إمكانية تطبيق نظام الجودة بحسب الخصائص الشخصية والوظيفية تعزى إلى متغير مستوى التعليم ومدة الخدمة .في حين توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير مستوى النوع. أهم التوصيات: إثراء جودة مكونات العملية التعليمية بأبعادها (المعرفية - المهارية - الوجدانية) بشكل كلي لتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة التعليمية وتعزيز ميزتها التنافسية. Abstract :Quality System In Educational Institutions And Its Applicability From The Point Of View Of Lecturers, Al-Kut University College. The current research focuses on the possibility of applying the quality system systematically in educational institutions, to achieve excellence and improve institutional performance continuously and to suit the objectives of common stakeholders to meet the demand of the labor market and serve the community. Current research has adopted an analytical descriptive approach and aims to measure the availability of quality system components in educational institutions from the point of view of Al-Kut University College. The questionnaire contained six key areas: Inputs, Processes, Outputs, Reverse Feeding, The Environment And Challenges. The research sample consisted of the teaching staff category of the researched organization. Spss was used to view and analyze search results was formed. The most important research findings there are no differences and statistical significance between the averages of the responses of the researchers about the degree to which the quality system can be applied according to personal and functional characteristics due to the variable level of education and the length of service. The most important recommendations to enrich the quality of the components of the educational process in its dimensions (cognitive, skill, emotional) in total to achieve the objectives of the educational institution and enhance its competitive advantage.
